Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All InfinityWeb products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to download or use the purchased software and digital services. As these products are intangible and irrevocable, no physical returns are possible.


Refund Eligibility

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues:
    If you are unable to access or use the product due to a technical problem originating from InfinityWeb and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  2. Defective Product:
    If the delivered product is fundamentally broken, non-functional, or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
  3. Duplicate Purchase:
    If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate transaction(s).

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after product delivery
  • Failure to read product description or requirements
  • Incompatibility with third-party software or unsupported systems
  • Issues caused by customer’s network, hardware, or local software environment

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our support team within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number, product details, and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Resolution Attempt:
    Our technical team will review your case and may request additional information or steps to resolve the issue.
  3. Refund Decision:
    If a refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
